Privacy Policy

QuietOS is built on a single premise: your data stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or sell personal information. This policy explains what little we do handle and why.

What we collect

Nothing from the app itself. QuietOS does not require an account. It does not connect to any server. Usage data, app lists, session times, and screen time statistics never leave your device.

If you purchase a subscription through the App Store or Google Play, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple or Google. We receive only an anonymised confirmation that a valid licence exists — no name, email, or payment details.

This website

Our website is a static HTML page hosted on Microsoft Azure. We do not run analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising. We use Google Fonts to load typefaces; Google may log your IP address when fetching those files — see Google's privacy policy for details.

Our web host (Microsoft Azure) automatically retains standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested path) for up to 30 days for security purposes. We do not access these logs for marketing.

Cookies

We do not set any cookies. No consent banner is needed because there is nothing to consent to.

Children

QuietOS does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Third-party services

We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics providers.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you have any concern, email us and we'll respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change how we handle data, we will update the date at the top of this page and note the change. We will never silently introduce data collection.
